Hush Collection – Return & Refund Policy

7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  1. Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  2. Not show signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. If approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
  4. Pack the item securely and send it back as instructed.

Refunds

  • 1.Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
  • 2.If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • 3.Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days after approval, 
  • depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect item received.
  • Defective or damaged products.
  • Size exchanges (subject to stock availability).

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping will be covered by Hush Collection.
  • For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
